  15. okay since people are documenting their results I decided to do so as well! Let's hope this will motivate me to really do all 30 days! 💪🏻🌼

    started with: Left 28.5cm, Right: 28.5cm

    Day 1: done ✓ (decided to do the tricep press with a 500ml bottle with water)
    Day 2: done ✓
    Day 3: done ✓ (twice today!)

  17. I've been doing this for almost 10 day's and maygee I'm not sure if I like the results that Im getting the fat in my arm didn't become thin it's more like they become muscle and I must say that I hate that cauz it's still look like a fat muscle HAHAHA but still looking forward to day 30
    I'll update here if this is worth your time and if it's effective

  21. بعطيكم نصايح للي مو فاهمين عليها اول شوي تسوين التمارين معها واول عشر ثواني هاذي راحه لا تسوين شي واخر شي قالت انو مافي تمرين ينحف منطقه وحده بس هاذي التمارين مكمله الرياضه الي تسوينها وتسرع عملية التنحيف للذراع وطبعاً لازم تكونين ماشيه على نظام غذائي كويس 👍🏻

  22. Been exactly 30 days since I started. Here's my results:
    20/4- L: 28cm R: 27cm
    29/4- L: 27.5cm R:26.5cm
    8/5- L: 27cm R: 26cm
    17/5- L 26.8cm R: 26cm
    20/5- L: 26cm R: 25.5cm
