  2. Hic tập được 1 tuần rồi, trong đó có 3 ngày là tập 2 lần mỗi ngày, mà thật sự là không giảm được gì hết á
    Trong 1 tuần này cũng kết hợp tập bài giảm mỡ bắp tay nữa, và cũng không gì luôn
    Mà đấy là mị còn giảm ăn nữa đấy, chứ vẫn giữ nguyên khẩu phần ăn như chị này nói thì chắc còn tăng thêm mất

    Day 1✔️Felt good after doing it.The stretches really work.
    Day 2✔️Feeling the burn😳
    Day 3✔️Did the exercises exactly how she did!! I have improved😊
    Day 4✔️I measured my thigh today and now it's 50 cm!!!!😳😱 I am so happy .. I have been trying to lose weight since 3 months and this is one of the exercises which truly work😊 Thank you April so much🙏(I will continue to do it)

This gets so annoying bcs i can't concentrate on both doing the actual exercise correctly and paying attention to all the tips and guidance you give on the video since i can't understand anything you're saying so i have to keep looking at my laptop screen to read the translation of what you're saying throughout the video 🙁

    Starting point: (3 days before)
    – Left thigh: 51
    – Right thigh: 52

    Day 1: ok
    Day 2: ok
    Day 3: ok (Left: 51,1 – Right: 51,7)
    Updating…

    Note:
    – I do this exercise every morning with "Slim Arms in 30 days", "Best Full Body Workout to Lose Fat in 28 days"
    and do Yoga every night.
    – I eat whatever I want (quite much)
    – My waist change from 68cm -> 64.5cm (in 30 days)
    – My arms don't have change much in 30 days although I do twice a day (left: 24,2 -> 24 – Right: ~ 26 -> 25,8). I hope it"ll be better after 3 – 6 months
    – I try to cut sugar in my meals but it's too hard (T.T)

  22. I’ve been doing this workout for 10 days and I lost 2cm… i didn’t have a proper diet (I kept eating junk food hehe🥺🥺) I guess the next week I’m going to have a proper diet and see my real results 😽 THANK YOU APRIL

  28. Ive only been doing some of these exercises and not on a daily basis but i do it every time i feel like it. After like a month of on amd off exercise my legs got 4 cm slimmer and i dont even feel like im working out
